I am the owner & operator of Elevate Your Health.
I am certified in Emotion Reintegration Therapy & use many other energy work methods to help my clients heal their physical or emotional pain.
​
I am a mother to 4 adult children and a grandma to 15 amazing grandchildren! My life story has been a roller coaster! Filled with joy, but also with many struggles, both physical and mental/emotional.
I have been through personal hardships, financial difficulties, and was diagnosed with a debilitating autoimmune illness that caused me to be self-critical, have low self-esteem, and feel totally and completely alone & misunderstood.​
​
As difficult as living with an autoimmune disorder was, I still needed to try and continue to function because of my duties as a wife and as a mother to four young children. I remember feeling so much guilt about not being able to measure up to all of my roles, so much so that I slipped into a very deep depression.
​
Finally, after some time, I decided that I had to fight back and take a different path. A path that lead to my journey in Divine Energy Healing! Over the course of 10 years, I have started multiple businesses, reclaimed my health & my sense of self-worth, and come to peace with some of the limitations that I may still have to deal with on a semi-regular basis, but I absolutely love whom I have become and how I got there!

Because of this, I have a passion for helping others with chronic pain & autoimmune illness, as well as working through symptoms and hurts from past trauma. My role in your life is to take you through a similar journey that I went through, to help you heal your emotional and physical pain and guide you onto your path to happiness.

As a professional Health Advisor, I believe in maintaining a positive mindset, helping my clients to find and fulfill their life's purpose, and bettering the outcomes of what their lives would look like without working to heal from the inside out.
